Annual Subscription (Recommended)

Users who choose the annual subscription make a one-time payment and enjoy a 30% discount on the monthly rate compared to the monthly subscription. This option not only helps you save costs but also ensures uninterrupted access to all features for a full year. Annual subscriptions will automatically renew for the following year unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Monthly Subscription

After the first month's payment, the subscription will automatically renew the following month. If the renewal fails due to an issue on your end, such as insufficient funds in your bank account, your account will automatically revert to the free plan the following month.

3. Cancellation Policies

Annual Subscribers

You can cancel your subscription through the "Subscriptions" menu in your workspace at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and your account will revert to the free plan afterward. Please note that annual subscriptions do not automatically cancel upon expiration; they will renew unless you actively cancel.

Monthly Subscribers

You can easily cancel your subscription through the "Subscriptions" menu in your workspace, with no additional fees. Please note that your current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the free plan. Any data saved in TutorGPT will not be lost.

4. Refund Policies

Before making any payments, we kindly ask that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions. It is strongly recommended that you familiarize yourself with the features and functionality of our product before placing an order to avoid situations that may require a refund.

By ordering our products, you acknowledge that you have fully read and completely accept the terms and conditions of this refund policy.

If you disagree with or do not accept the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, please contact us to share your comments, suggestions, or corrections. We greatly appreciate your feedback.
